Job Description
We are looking for a sales administrator for our client. The position is initially a temporary assignment and a consulting role starting immediately for approximately 6 months.
You will support the client's sales organization with all administrative data within the main areas of pricing, discounts, and master data to enable the sale of their products to their customers, e.g., wholesalers.
Working hours: 08:00 - 16:45. 08:00 - 16:00. 38 hours/week.
Assignment duration: immediate - 6 months. Will cover the summer period.

Responsibilities
As a Sales Administrator, you will work with a variety of tasks in a team of cheerful and friendly colleagues. The tasks are sales administrative, and you will work closely with the customer team and the rest of the organization. As a sales administrator, you will be responsible for managing contracts, pricing, discounts, and related invoicing in a SAP environment. In addition to what has already been mentioned, you will work on maintaining master data, quoting new product launches, and purchasing services.
Your main responsibilities as a sales administrator will include:
- Managing contracts, pricing, discounts, and invoicing in a SAP environment
- Maintaining and updating master data in the system
- Other sales administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has completed a degree in economics and is system-savvy, preferably with experience in SAP. We expect you to have excellent knowledge of the Office suite, specifically Excel, where you feel comfortable handling large data files and formulas. To succeed in this role, you must enjoy working with numbers and preferably have experience in accounts payable and managing master data. Those with experience from working in larger international companies will quickly adapt to the organization's working methods.
Furthermore, we see that you are meticulous and enjoy working with details according to clear instructions. To quickly adapt to the role, you are proactive, very structured, and have flexibility and a high level of service in your careful work. Since English is the corporate language, it is important that you master the language very well, both orally and in writing.
Experience in the grocery trade and accounts payable is a plus for this position.
Important for the role:
- System-savvy (preferably SAP) and excellent knowledge of Excel
- Meticulous, structured, and proactive
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
